Tekoa city council adds two members

The City of Tekoa added two new city council members Monday night, appointing Bethany Fletcher and Alyssa Heaggy.

Heaggy returns to the council after losing a re-election bid in November 2017.

They filled city seats vacated by Troy Wilson, who became the new mayor in November, and Jason Fletcher, whose resignation was accepted Monday.

Fletcher defeated Heaggy for election last year.
