Library plans holiday closures

Whitman County Library system announces the following holiday closures for Dec. 24-25, Dec. 31 after 3 p.m. and Jan. 1. Due dates for library materials have been extended in anticipation of these closures and no late fines will be charged for these days. Drop boxes will remain open at all locations for returned items....
