Jury convicts Pullman resident

A superior court jury Nov. 27 convicted Tyler T. Bagby, 24, Pullman, on all four charges filed against him after Pullman Police responded in the early morning hours last Feb. 4 to a series of calls reporting a break-in and assault at two different locations.

Bagby was convicted of residential burglary, fourth degree assault, malicious mischief and harassment. He has been scheduled for sentencing Dec. 14.

The two-day trial ended Nov. 27 with Bagby testifying in his own defense. He was the only witness for the defense.
