Faces ID theft charges

Makayla Morrison, 21, Colfax, has been summoned to appear in superior court Dec. 14 after she was charged with three counts of identity theft. Morrison is charged with using credit card identification from two other people to make purchases at Rosauers.

According to the arrest report, Morrison initially said one of two alleged victims allowed her to use her credit card, but later confessed after confronted with additional investigation information. She admitted using the card information involving the other victim.
