The threshing firm of Skeels & Wiley of Palouse city is blamed for unnatural treatment of an employee by neglecting attentions to a wounded employee, and thereby perhaps causing the loss of a life. The firm was engaged in threshing near Colton, when one of the employees, named James Mott, was accidentally struck in the abdomen by a doubletree. Internal injuries were thus produced.
