Will it survive another snow load?

Friday's snowstorm left a cover in the Kamiak Butte area Saturday morning, and the white on the walls of the former Kamiak School illustrated the amount of lean in the aging building. The angle suggests a question: how much winter snow load in the Butte area will it take before the veteran structure finally surrenders? Located along the Fugate Road which parallels the north side of the butte, the building was also known at the Skeen School, a named which derived from a family that once lived in the area. The washing machine in the foreground is not believed to be a part of the building's original operation.
