Library announces 3-D printing orientation classes

Whitman County Library now offers residents 3D printing. Thanks to a grant from the Innovia Foundation, the library has a MakerBot Replicator+. The printer, which uses plastic filament to build objects layer-by-layer, can print just about anything, from a cell phone case to a cookie cutter.

Hour-long 3D printing orientation classes are scheduled as follows:

Thursday, Nov. 1 - Colton Library at 5:30 p.m.

Monday, Nov. 5 - Garfield Library at 5 p.m.

Wednesday, Nov. 7 - Uniontown Library at 5 p.m.

Thursday, Nov. 8 - Oakesdale Library at 4 p.m.

Monday, Nov. 12 - St. John Library at noon and End...
