Judge Sullivan last Saturday listened to arguments in the action to restrain the assignee of the Palouse Mill company from making a sale of the company's property. The date of the sale was a week ago. The assignee meantime being compelled to show cause why the order of sale should not be modified or revoked. C.S. Voorhees and Judge Hanna argued the case for the stockholders and creditors who appose the sale, and Messrs. Foster of Spokane and Ettinger of Palouse for the assignee.
