ZONE CHANGE HEARING

Whitman County Planning issued a Determination of Nonsignificance (DNS) under the State Environmental Policy Act Rules (Chapter 197-11 WAC) for the following project:

Whitgro, INC. proposes to change the zone of seven of its sites in Whitman County from the Agricultural District to a Limited Heavy Industrial District for current and future expansions of its seed plants.
