Dusty Gun Club plans annual sausage shoot

Dusty

Dusty Gun Club, located in the east side of Dusty, is holding its annual sausage shoot this Sunday, Feb. 11, from 9:30 a.m. until 10:30 p.m.

Sausage sandwiches are available for sale and packages are guaranteed with a script book. Follow your nose; the aroma of smoked sausage is wonderful. Come have a great afternoon watching the shooters and/or visiting with friends and neighbors.

Dusty B.B. Club will meet at St. Joseph’s Parish Hall in LaCrosse from 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 14, to make baby blankets for Sacred Heart Hospital’s free maternity clinic in Spokane. The club will have a no-host lunch at the LaCrosse Café with dessert provided by hostesses Li Ochs and Karen Broeckel back at the parish hall. Roll call is: What is the funniest thing your child or grandchild ever did?

Daughter and son-in-law Karen and Larry Light of Portland were visitors of her parents, David and Phyllis Stueckle, from Thursday through Sunday last week.

Corrections: A couple of names last week were incorrect. Mrs. Sager is Colene, not Colleen, and Mark and Kathy Vogler’s granddaughter is Iris, not Chris. My apologies for the errors.
