Former Whitman County Jail inmates who are in possession of Jail Inmate Trust Fund checks obtained upon release from the Whitman County Jail, please cash your checks prior to February 23rd, 2018. Whitman County will be closing the Jail Inmate Trust Fund account on February 23rd, 2018. 4/4
