LaCrosse bowlers compete in Special Olympics tournament

Mike Stine, Drew Parks and Norma Gibson competed on the Whitman County Cougars Special Olympic bowling team at Lilac Lanes in Spokane on Sunday, Nov. 5. Norma received a silver medal; Mike received a gold medal and Drew received a fourth place ribbon. Each were in separate divisions.

Tom Cauley volunteered to drive Mike and Drew to the tournament. Lois and Eric Startin were there to cheer Norma on.

LaCrosse FFA is selling wreaths and swags. Prices are $27 for plain, $28 for basic (has a bow) and $33 for fancy (bow and ornaments.) Add $2 for burlap bows. Contact Lisa Baser at lbaser@la...
