Colton - 3 p.m. – Blackout Poetry – Blackout Poetry is created by covering the words in a text with permanent marker, leaving uncovered a few choice words to make a poem. Teens ages 12 and older are invited.

Rosalia - 6 p.m. – Family Movie Night – Bring your family and enjoy a great family movie in the air-conditioned library.

Friday, July 14

Uniontown - 10:30 a.m. – Summer Reading Finale with games and a picnic in the park. Bring a finger food to share.

Saturday, July 15

Colfax – 2 to 4 p.m. – Drop-in Tech Time – Drop into the TEK Center to get hands-on help with basic computer skills, internet, email, social media, OverDrive and more.

Tekoa – 2 p.m. – Summer Reading – We'll be Building a Better World through imagination, science, art and more.

Brass Rail in Rosalia – 7 p.m. – Trivia Night – Test your knowledge and win great prizes during our night of trivia. Teams may be up to eight people - bring your group or join one upon arrival.

Monday, July 17

St. John – 12:30 p.m. – OverDrive Help – Experts are available to help you use our huge collection of downloadable eBooks and audio books from Anytime Washington Library. Bring your own device for best results.

St. John – 1 to 3 p.m. – Lego Mindstorms - Introduction to Lego Mindstorms EV3 for kids entering grades 6 and older.

LaCrosse – 2:30 to 4 p.m. – Coloring Day - Kids are invited to join us for coloring and a small snack, supplies provided.

Palouse – 7 p.m. – Teen Trivia Night – Teens join us in testing your knowledge and winning great prizes.

St. John Park – 7 p.m. – Twilight Storytime - Bring your children to a special family Storytime.

Tuesday, July 18

Colfax – 12 to 1 p.m. – TECH Tues: Microsoft Imagine Academy – Brush up on your MS Office skills or tackle computer programming for free.

Palouse – 1 to 3 p.m. – Energy Assistance – Community Action is assisting with home energy bills. Contact 800-482-3991

Colfax – 3 to 4 p.m. – Tinker Tech Time – Control a mini robot, build an electronic circuit or construct a Lego masterpiece.

Wednesday, July 19

Oakesdale – 11 a.m. – Book Time with Ronald McDonald – Family program with a creative mix of music and magic to reinforce the value of reading for all ages.

Albion – 12 p.m. – Team Building with Sole' Farr and Elegance Painting – Learn team building skills in a fun tournament of Disc Golf. Afterward, Elegance Painting will be serving up ice cream.

Garfield City Park – 2:30 p.m. – Summer Reading Finale – Celebrate all the fun and magic we've had together this year with games, prizes and treats.

Colfax – 5 to 7 p.m. – Community Reception –Join us for a community reception viewing and celebrating Tom Mohr's exhibit "Why I Moved to Colfax, Chapter 2."

Colfax – 6 to 8 p.m. – Being Mortal - Join us for a community showing of the documentary "Being Mortal," by Dr. Atul Gawande.

Thursday, July 20

Endicott and St. John – Book Time with Ronald McDonald – Family program with a creative mix of music and magic to reinforce the value of reading for all ages. Visit our online Events Calendar for times.
