Rosalia Memorial Day observance

Air Force retiree Mack McGarth did the lowering and raising of the flags at the Rosalia Veteran’s Park in Rosalia and then went to the I.O.O.F. Cemetery.

He first lowered the flags and put them to half-mast and returned to raise the flags to full fly.

A retired Air Force veteran, he served 36 years with 21 active duty and 15 civil service. He served twice in Desert Storm.
