Charles Liotta pens 'Nice Guy's' cookbook

Charles Liotta, a member of the 2005 class of Colfax High School who now resides in Seattle, has written a cookbook entitled "The Nice Guy's Guide to Cooking for a Lady." Co-authored by Liotta's friend, Christy Beaver, the book is designed to be a gift a woman can give to a man in her life who is "culinary-challenged," according to Liotta.

Liotta has published the book on the Amazon Create Space program.

Liotta is the youngest child of the late Al Liotta, who resided in the Shawnee area, and Corrine Hofer Liotta, now residing in Tualatin, Ore. He attended Washington State University after high school here and is now employed with Verity Credit Union in Seattle where he works with small business accounts
