Valley driver unhurt

Stephen C. Nelson, Spokane Valley, was unhurt April 5 in a one-car accident on Highway 195 south of Colfax. Nelson was driving a 1989 Toyota Rav4 southbound at 3:50 p.m. when it drifted onto the shoulder of the highway and went into the ditch where it collided with a barbed wire fence 2.4 miles south of Colfax, according to the Washington State Patrol report.
