Pegram returned to jail

Scott Pegram, 61, Colfax, was booked into jail Nov. 9 on a probable charge of trespassing. Pegram was arrested after he was reported to be at Paul’s Place on S. Mill Street.

Pegram has been banned from Paul’s Place by the court as part of a resolution of a case in which he was initially charged with grabbing a female employee who was working at the group home....
