September 28, 2016
Rosalia resident Rudy Schroeder is sharing several of the American Odyssey videos which he produced at the Rosalia library on Friday, Sept. 30, at 7 p.m. Fall-themed refreshments and opportunities to ask questions and talk about travel will be part of the program for all ages.
Schroeder produced American Odyssey during the 1990s, and his adventures cover the United States from Boston, Florida and Arizona to many area locations such as the Hood River and the Naches Pass adventures which he will share Friday. He was awarded two Emmys and five Sigma Delta Chi awards for writing this series. He has also received the Award of Merit from Boeing Scientific Research Labs for his work on plasma physics and the Schumann resonance.
“I just like new adventures for myself and I wanted to share them with people,” he noted.
He has donated a set of DVDs of the series to the library.
