Judy and Marc Watson’s pasture was the site of a Scouting Camporee for five scout troops from Whitman and Latah counties this weekend. Scouts, leaders, parents and by-standers spent Friday night into Sunday participating in gun safety, a calisthenics course, a Dutch oven cook-off Saturday night and other badge earning events. Recruiters from the Army, Navy, ROTC officers and sheriff deputies from Whitman and Latah counties helped with the activities.
