Rosalia blood drive tops 5-year mark

The students and community of Rosalia High School brought in the most units of blood since 2011 with a record breaking 13 units. Nineteen community members came out April 20 to support the annual blood drive which lead to its great success.

Each unit of blood can save up to three lives and makes a huge impact on the local community. The Inland Northwest Blood Center is the sole provider of blood to area hospitals and relies on volunteer donors to help keep fully-stocked shelves.
