The new café, Hazel's Place, opening this week in LaCrosse, puts a new spin on classic comfort foods alongside a super-food menu.

Proprietors Kristl and William “Ty” Tyler say they are proud to welcome the community of LaCrosse into their café, which has been in the works for a year now.

“We are so happy to have a community that is extremely loyal and supportive,” said Kristl.

The café, which opened Wednesday, May 11, has been closed since March 2015...
