Whitman County Planning issued a Mitigated Determination of Nonsignificance (M-DNS) under the State Environmental Policy Act Rules (Chapter 197-11 WAC) for the following project:

Whitman County Public Works proposes to reconstruct an approximate 3.6 mile portion of Almota Road located approximately 5-6 miles southwest of Colfax, Washington in Sections 18, 19, and 30, Township 15 N., Range 43 E., and in Section 25, Township 15 N., Range 42 E.
