Endicott

Endicott town council members, friends and neighbors gathered at the Endicott Food Center to honor Sue Bafus on her retirement from her position as Town Clerk after 40 years of service. Mayor Verne Strader said a few words about her years of service and how many mayors she had served under. The group enjoyed appetizers and cake after the ceremony.

Carol Mitcham, former resident of Endicott now from Bainbridge Island, returned to Endicott Dec. 31 to visit. She attended the Peace Makers Quilt group at the home of Anne Lowe on that day. She had lunch with the Friday Coffee Girls Lunch Group at the Endicott Food Center. During her visit she stayed with her daughter and son-in-law Leslie and Craig Cloaninger at their home in Colfax.
