Church hosts Christmas eve service

Rosalia area residents are invited to celebrate Christ’s birth at Rosalia United Methodist Church at 7 p.m. Christmas eve, Wednesday, Dec. 24.

The service will include Christmas carols, special music, candlelight, choir music, Scripture readings and a brief meditation by Joan Sulser, pastor of Rosalia United Methodist Church.

The Rev. Stewart Nereim, pastor of Rosalia Assembly of God Church, will help lead worship.

The service offering will go to the Rosalia Giving Tree.

Rosalia Chamber of Commerce is sponsoring the annual Holiday Christmas Lights Decorating Contest for homes and businesses. Out of town judges will be judging this weekend with announcement of winners before Dec. 24. This event began over 50 years ago.
