Bailey returns to Meet the Artist

Wendy Zuppan Bailey of Spokane will be featured at the next Colfax Arts Council Meet the Artist session March 7 at 7 p.m. This will be the second visit to Colfax by Bailey who was featured in the premier season of Meet the Artist.

She defines her work as “curiously merry, whimsical sculptures and paper doll puppetry.” Inspired by fairy tales, children’s books and the magical adventures of everyday life, she uses clay, found objects, vintage fabrics, beads and laces to create her artwork.
