Four ‘Self - Help’ homes being built in Palouse

Community Action Center is constructing four houses for low-income families along Palouse Cove Road outside of Palouse. Foundations and frames of the stick-built homes are partially completed.

“It allows a moderately paid person to get into home-ownership,” said Dale Miller, housing program manager for the Community Action Center.
