Red Hats ride in Sprague parade

Seven Sprague-Lamont Red Hat ladies rode on a decorated pickup in the Sprague Days parade Saturday. They included Jean Meyers, Marshal Landers, Pat Peterson, Kathy Shields, Claudia Lowman, Mary Anderson and Claudette Sharp.

Tim Polda of Friday Harbor arrived Sunday at the home of Nita and Matt Polda. Tim came to help Matt install a new front window in the house for Nita. Tim also placed the Gertrude Johnson plaque on the “Bug Tussel” memorial in the park. Tim returned home Wednesday.

Kathy Enders, a Stone family cousin from Portland, arrived at the home of Betty Stone to visit for several days.

Pat Peterson, Kathy Shields, Alissa Schultz, Billie Jo Davison, Carolyn Behrens and Jackie Brown had lunch at the Northern Quest Casino Thursday. Following lunch they saw the “42nd Street” show at the casino.
