Ray duo gets 50th fete

Carl and Marilyn Vannice Ray celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary March 26, 2010.

They were honored on their anniversary with a large surprise party of family and friends by their children at the home of their son and daughter-in-law in the Colbert area.

Both graduated from Colfax High School and went to Eastern Washington University.

After Carl graduated they moved into Spokane where Carl spent his whole teaching career in the Mead School District.

Marilyn was a homemaker until their children got older.
