Farm Bureau to host forum with legislators

Whitman County Farm Bureau will conduct a forum with 9th District legislators Friday, Dec. 18, at 5 p.m. in the auditorium of the Public Service Building in Colfax.

Legislators will discuss state agricultural policy with area agricultural experts as they prepare to enter the 2010 session next month.

Representatives Joe Schmick of Colfax and Susan Fagan of Pullman and Senator Mark Schoesler of Ritzville will take questions from a panel of local experts representing the grain, cattle, sheep and hog industries.
