    CLARKSTON — A drug task force has arrested a suspected drug dealer and seized a “large number of pills” believed to be fentanyl. Justin W. Hoffman, 38, of Clarkston, was arrested Thursday, March 21, and booked into the Asotin County Jail on a charge of possession of a controlled substance (fentanyl) with intent to deliver.     COLFAX — Reconstruction of the Bill Chipman Trail Bridge is underway, with a new superstructure slated to arrive Wednesday, March 27. The Chipman Trail Bridge, located a mile-and-a-half on the trail leaving Pullman toward Moscow, was destroyed by fire Aug. 19, 2023.
