The MVT award was made in honor and named after former local player Tyler Morse, who passed away in 2012 to cancer three years after graduating high school. The Department of Ecology will issue the Final Statewide General Permit for Biosolids Management on June 15, 2022. The permit will be effective on July 15, 2022. The permit applies to all treatment works treating domestic sewage operating within state jurisdiction.
