    William Edward Moore, 80, of Colfax, Wash., passed away on May 14, surrounded by his wife and children. Bill was born on December 21, 1942, to James and Clara Moore. He was raised with his three siblings in the Palouse, and graduated from Lacrosse High School in 1960. In 1966, Bill moved to Ephrata, Wash., where he worked for the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation on the Grand Coulee Dam, until he lost his eyesight at the age of 32.
