    SPOKANE -After falling to Warden in last year's Girls 2B State Basketball Tournament championship game, No.1 Colfax returned to the Spokane Arena seeking redemption.     COLFAX – On Tuesday, March 7, Whitman County Deputies took an individual into custody on charges of prescription fraud. A press release from Whitman County Sheriff Brett Myers states that the case started a day earlier when a local pharmacy called to report an incident in which someone called in a prescription for a narcotic, using a Spokane area physician's name and Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) number.     PULLMAN — Pullman firefighters were called to the Kenwood Square Apartments, at 1225 NW Nye Street, around 2:30 p.m., for a report of smoke pouring out of a second-floor apartment.
