    Johnathan Bain, 47, Potlatch, pleaded guilty in superior court Friday morning to a reduced charge of misdemeanor harassment and was sentenced 364 days in jail with all but seven days suspended. He was credited with the seven days spent in jail after his arrest. Bain was charged with making threats Oct. 31 against a physician at Pullman Family Medicine.     A formal charge of attempting to elude an officer was filed Jan 2 in superior court against Rachel Marie Doty, 19, Clarkston. She was arrested Sunday after she stopped the car she was driving near the Bill Willson Road intersection. She was booked into the jail here Sunday on a probable charge of felony eluding. The arrest report by Trooper Robert Taylor said the pursuit lasted approximately 10 miles and went through Colfax.
