Cross-state ride starts at LaPush

A cross-state bicycle ride was scheduled to start Sunday on the Washington coast at LaPush. The riders are expected to hook up with the John Wayne Trail which begins at North Bend and take that route across the state.

Rosalia Mayor Nan Konishi said officials of the ride have advised her Rosalia will be one of the stops. The name of the event is Grand Depart according to the events website....
