WSP grad Harbour tops class academics

Susan Harbour, a member of the 1981 class at Pullman High School, received the top academic award during commencement ceremonies for the 99th Washington State Patrol basic training class. Trooper Harbour attained a 95 percent grade average compared to a class average of 89 percent. She is also a 1986 summa cum laude graduate of the University of Oregon where she was named a first-team All American in 1985. She was inducted into UO hall of fame in 1995. Trooper Harbour, who resides at Mount Vernon, has been assigned for cadet duty at Burlington.
