TRANSIT EXPOSURE SUSPECT ARRESTED

Pullman Police have arrested a suspect after investigating reports of indecent exposure on Pullman Transit buses. Andrew M. Payne, 21, was arrested Tuesday, Dec. 11, and police report they believe he committed four of the indecent exposure incidents reported to the department. Pullman and WSU police started investigating the case after receiving the first report Nov. 8.

Payne was arrested after a Pullman Police officer recognized him from a "Can You I.D.?" posting on the department's web site.
