Tobin visits in Newport

Anna May Tobin returned for a two-week stay with daughter Sandy Minnick and family of Newport Monday. Sandy and grandson Johnathon brought her back. On their way home they stopped at the home of Philip and Amanda Blankenship in Dusty to visit their new baby, and Anna May’s newest great-granddaughter, Cadi. Sandy and Johnathon returned to Newport Wednesday.
Kate and Scooter Lyle welcomed baby Adele Rebecca into their family Saturday Aug. 28. The baby joins sister Claire, 3 and brother Collin, 1.
Ian and Jessica McGregor traveled to Lynden Aug. 21-23 to attend the wedding of college friends Leea Rainey and Dan Herringa.
Betty and Conly Merritt had weekend guests of Wayne and Cathy Randle of Fox Island, and Ken and Nancy Gould of Port Orchard.
