Flags will go up at cemetery

More than 230 flags will be posted at the Colfax Cemetery as part of the Memorial Day observance which is a combined effort of the Colfax FFA chapter and the Veterans of Foreign Wars.
Members of the FFA will conduct a brief observance at the cemetery on Memorial Day, May 28, beginning at 10 a.m.
The memorial flags have been donated by families of deceased veterans who receive military honors as part of their final rites. Names of veterans are placed on the flag mounts at the cemetery.
