Turbines catch the clouds

Spinning wind turbines are obscured by low-hanging clouds at the Palouse Wind farm on Naff Ridge between Oakesdale and Rosalia last Thursday morning, Oct. 25. Construction on the $170 million wind farm is less than a month away from completion.
